Is there really a point to having a credit card? Well in today’s world it is almost a must have for most people. The simple fact is credit cards are an easier form of payment ad quicker form of payment than cash can be in most situations. No needing to worry about the change or waiting while the cashier has trouble figuring out why you paid them a certain way. Another aspect of credit cards, really the industry that surged the credit card business to where it is today is online business. Naturally you can’t pay someone online with cash so it is MUCH easier to just put it on your credit card than have to deal with sending a check.
The process is so much more streamlined with a credit card it seems like the credit cards were made for this type of business. This is a double edged sword because back in the day, only twenty-thirty years ago, credit cards were very much a premium that very few people had. The internet age really changed everything because now information could be transported quickly and people had another use for their cards. No one wanted to go through the hassle of using a credit card back when everything was done manually and it took ages to actually go through the process.
